Terms of Service

1. What is Edikted Secret Circle?

Edikted Secret Circle is a private, invite-only membership program run by Edikted. As a member, you'll get early access to unreleased sample styles and the opportunity to vote on designs before they go into production. Your feedback helps our design and business teams make better decisions.

Membership is by invitation only and is granted at Edikted's sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

To participate in Edikted Secret Circle you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country)
• Have received a personal invite from Edikted
• Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

3. Your Membership

• Your membership is personal and non-transferable
• Your invite link is unique to you and cannot be shared
• Edikted reserves the right to remove any member from the program at any time, for any reason, without notice
• If your membership is removed, you will lose access to the platform immediately

4. Voting & Feedback

• When you participate in a voting round, you are sharing your genuine opinions on unreleased sample items
• Your votes and ratings may be used by Edikted's design and business teams to inform production decisions
• By participating, you grant Edikted the right to use your anonymized feedback data for internal business purposes
• You must not share, screenshot or distribute any sample images or content shown inside the platform — all content is confidential and for members only

5. Confidentiality

All items shown inside Edikted Secret Circle are unreleased samples. By joining the club you agree to keep all content confidential and not share it publicly, on social media, or with anyone outside the platform. Breach of this may result in immediate removal from the program.

6. Rewards — Raffle

• When a round includes a raffle incentive, all members who complete the full survey are automatically entered
• Winners are selected by Edikted and notified via email
• Each member can win only once per raffle
• If you win, you will receive one item randomly selected from your own votes
• All winning items are items that Edikted has confirmed will be produced
• In exceptional circumstances where a winning item cannot be fulfilled, Edikted reserves the right to substitute the prize or offer an alternative at its discretion
• To claim your prize, you must confirm your delivery address within the deadline specified in your winner notification email
• If you do not confirm your address by the deadline, your prize will be forfeited and cannot be reclaimed
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value

7. Rewards — Discount Coupons

• When a round includes a discount incentive, members who complete the full survey receive a unique discount code
• Codes are valid for one use only and cannot be shared or transferred
• Codes expire on the date and time specified in your reward email
• Expired codes cannot be reactivated
• Codes are redeemable on edikted.com only

8. Communications

By joining Edikted Secret Circle, you agree to receive essential platform emails including login verification, round notifications, reward notifications, and round results.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Unsubscribing from non-essential emails will not affect your membership status, but you may miss round notifications and reward alerts.

9. Your Data & Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use and protect your personal data, including your rights to access, correct or delete your information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content inside Edikted Secret Circle — including sample images, designs, and product concepts — is the exclusive property of Edikted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from the platform without Edikted's prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Edikted provides the Secret Circle platform "as is" and makes no warranties about its availability or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edikted is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

Edikted may update these Terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
